Tilapia with Lemon and Garlic
Tilapia served on lettuce


ingredients:
Tilapia
Lettuce (Iceberg)
Garlic
Lemon/Lime
Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika

instructions:
1. Warm Pam/Oil in a pan (a little, so the Tilapia doesn't stick to the pan).

2. put the Tilapia in the pan and spread a bit of Cumin, Turmeric, and Paprika, on top of the Tilapia.

3. Cook the Tilapia on low (level 2-3). After the bottom side of the Tilapia is cooked, turn it up side down (spices side on the bottom).

4. Meanwhile, cut the lettuce, then mince 1-2 garlic cloves in a bowl, squeeze half a lemon/lime, a bit of black pepper, and a bit of salt (mix them all well).

5. Put the lettuce on a plate, add the fully cooked Tilapia on top of the lettuce, and spread the garlic with lemon sauce on top.
