String/Green beans with garlic
With black pepper


ingredients:
1. String beans
2. Garlic
3. Salt and black pepper

instructions:
1. Warm a pan with a little oil (low heat).
2. Cut the green bean's edges, and then in the middle.
3. Put in the pan (low heat) and cover.
4. Stir every few minutes.
5. After the green beans are cooked crunchy, add the garlic, salt, and black pepper.
6. Keep covered and stir so it all cooks well with the salt and black pepper.

comments:
If you like it crunchy, cook less time. If you want it softer, cook more. You can always cook on medium low temperature.
